Our platform offers Google Calendar integration for registered trade partners. When a trade partner chooses to connect their Google Calendar, we request the following Google API scopes:

• calendar.readonly (Read Access): We read your calendar events to check your availability when scheduling job assignments.
• calendar.events (Write Access): We create, update, and delete calendar events to keep your calendar in sync with assigned job phases, including job details, client address, and scheduled times.

How we store this data: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our encrypted database. We do not store or retain the content of your personal calendar events beyond what is needed for job synchronisation.

How to revoke access: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your Trade Dashboard. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens are immediately deleted and calendar synchronisation stops.

Data sharing: We do not share your Google Calendar data with any third party. Calendar data is used solely for the purpose of synchronising job assignments between our platform and your personal Google Calendar.

Data retention: OAuth tokens are retained only while your calendar is connected. When you disconnect, all tokens and associated data are permanently deleted.

Google API Services compliance: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and referral sources. This data is used to improve our website and services.
